Two men was seen engaging in a heated fight behind Forum Shopping Mall.
In a video being widely circulated on social media giant, Facebook, gaining over 150 shares at the time of writing, has garnered more than 1,200 views. The video was shared by Facebook page District Singapore and was posted on 12th April 2019, 10:56 AM.
In the video, two men can be seen fighting angrily with offensive weapons such as a knife and a long rod. Many in the video can be seen trying to calm the rod holding man.
Thankfully, the knife did not seem to be used in the fight, although one man was seen holding it.
Under the Corrosive and Explosive Substances and Offensive Weapons Act, any person who carries, has in possession or controls any offensive weapon in public without lawful authority or purpose can be jailed for up to three years and be given up to six strokes of the cane.
